GONZALES: 2012A S. Burnside Avenue - From I-10 exit Burnside toward Airline Hwy. Travel _ mile past the traffic light at Hwy. 30. Turn right past American Gateway Bank into TOTAL CARE INJURY & PAIN CENTER parking lot.

PLAQUEMINE: 59213 Riverwest Drive- From Hwy 1 Northbound turn left on Bellview. Proceed to Plaza Drive, turn left to Riverwest Dr. ( Riverwest Hospital) Our office is next to Prime Medical.

DENHAM SPRINGS: 517 N. Range Avenue. Take Range Avenue North to Florida Blvd. Continue to next traffic signal past Antique Village. Office is 2 blocks past Denham Springs Elementary School on the right. Corner of Range Avenue and Spring Street.

BATON ROUGE : 11716 Bricksome Ave. Take Sherwood Forest Blvd North from Coursey. Go one mile and turn right between Hancock and Citizens banks. Office is immediately on your right.
